Marc Makrid
Appointed to Neutrog’s Board in 1998. Currently Chairman. Previously served as Chairman from 2006—2010 and Deputy Chairman 2010 -2016.

Marc is the Principal of Makrid Preiss & Associates, a leading strategic consultancy company established in 1993 to provide professional advice with a particular focus on Marketing and Human Resource Strategies.
Marc is on the Board of a number of other companies including Seeley International, Campion Education, Angelakis, Mitani Foods (Chairman), Cold Logic, Phoenix Society, Graycorp Software Solutions, Pendleton Fine Foods and Tristar Electrical.
Angus Irwin
Appointed to Neutrog’s Board in 1988.
Appointed to Neutrog Limited in November 2021.
Angus is currently Managing Director of Neutrog, having been appointed to that role in 2004.
At the age of 24, Angus was one of the original Founders of Neutrog, having been raised on the family farm in the South East of South Australia.
David Rasheed
Appointed to Neutrog’s Board in 2011.

David is the managing Partner of Tilbrook Rasheed Chartered Accountants and was one of its Founders in 1994. David specialises in the provision of professional business and taxation consulting services to the Wine & Grape Growing, Primary Production, Thoroughbred Racing & Hospitality Industries.
David is Chairman of Tilbrook Rasheed, on the Board of Thoroughbred Racing SA Ltd and is Chairman or Board Member of several other private company clients.
Paul Proctor
Appointed to Neutrog’s Board in 2019.

Paul’s career has included 25 years experience as a CEO of large multinational companies and a large family-owned business. Paul’s major career highlights have involved restructuring and development of businesses to achieve sustainable, growth driven by high performance cultures. Paul’s success has always been driven by a focus on execution and outcomes through people.
His achievements have been in all the major geographies globally. His success has transcended major global crises and has been effective in helping manufacturing organisations manage through tremendous adversity. More specifically, Paul has a track record of developing high performance organisations. As a specialist in the Lean methodology, Paul has led various business turnarounds & restructuring.
Tony Aloisi
Appointed to Neutrog Limited in November 2021.
Tony has been with Neutrog since December 2017 and has over 30 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance and General Management roles.
He also has 19 years in the Manufacturing sector.
