We are seeking a disciplined, hands‑on Production Manager to take ownership of safety, quality and production performance across our expanding manufacturing facility. Financial Controller
We are seeking a seasoned, down‑to‑earth Financial Controller to lead our finance and administration function. This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong career, enjoys empowering others, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to keep things running smoothly.
Production Supervisor
We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our manufacturing operations. This is a practical, on‑the‑floor role where you’ll lead a team of operators, coordinate workflow and equipment, and help ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Front End Loader Operators
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic operators to ensure our product is composted, separated and mixed to correct specifications to help get our products ready for gardens and commercial crops right across Australia.
