Marc Makrid
Chairperson
Marc was appointed to Neutrog’s Board in 1998. Marc is the Managing Director of Marc Makrid & Associates, a leading strategic business advisory consultancy established in 1993.
Marc is an experienced company director, including Chairman of Campion Education Group, SA Heart, Lifestyle Bakery, FP-AG and Green Hat.
Angus Irwin
Managing Director
Angus is currently Managing Director of Neutrog, having been appointed to that role in 2004.
At the age of 24, Angus was one of the original Founders of Neutrog in 1988, having been raised on the family farm in the South East of South Australia.
David Rasheed
Board member since 2011
David has over 35 years in Chartered Accounting, specialising in business advisory, corporate finance, and taxation.
As a senior founding partner at Tilbrook Rasheed Chartered Accountant, he is renowned for his expertise in wine and grape, primary production, racing and hospitality sectors and holds multiple board and advisory roles.
Paul Proctor
Board member since 2019
Paul has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, managing global operations for Cooper Standard Automotive, Tenneco, and Seeley International.
A specialist in the in Lean methodology, Paul excels in turnaround, restructuring and development of businesses to achieve sustainable growth through a people centric high-performance culture, focused on both execution and outcome.
Mark Harvey
Board member since 2024
With nearly 50 years in agriculture, Mark has expertise in executive management, agronomy, and seed production. His notable roles include the establishment, expansion and sale of Paramount Seed Co to Elders and Seed Genetics International to S&W Seed Co were complemented by a senior management role as National Seed and Grain Manager with Elders Ltd.
He currently directs S&W Seed Co and Duxton Farms.
